There are many non-360 cameras with a high-speed / slow motion video mode, such as GoPro Hero5 Black (1280 x 720 240fps or 1920 x 1080 120fps), or Garmin Virb 360 (1920 x 1080 120fps), and several smartphones. Here are portable cameras with high speed 360 mode: 🙂 If the camera has image stabilization (like the new Insta360 camera) that would be desirable but not absolutely necessary – you’ll see why below. 60fps is probably the absolute minimum for this effect unless you want it to look like stop motion animation.
